the hotel is definitely recommended to others. the venue is stunningly beautiful and nice and in an unbeatable location in the centre of town.

Everything was lovely with big size rooms. Very comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. Not to mention lovely view. Had great and good location in the middle of jackson, very close to a majestic church. The hotel of choice in San Miguel de Allende.

The place was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Our room even had a bathtub, which was a nice touch. The location was great, super close to a charming pastel pink church. 🌸

The Frida room was huge with a lovely view, comfy bed, and daily maid service. Conveniently located near the main square. Hotel has a stylish and clean design.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town. It made it so easy to walk around and explore everything. The service was top-notch, with the housekeeping staff taking great care of my room and ensuring it was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel were extremely helpful in planning my activities. The room amenities were excellent, with heating and air conditioning to ensure my comfort. The terrace and patio provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly welcome during my stay.

The room was perfectly clean and amazing. It had hair dryers, a spa bathtub, and free toiletries, which is cool. The location was favorable, in the middle of Jackson, which is a plus. I had nice dainties at Karin's Cafe, located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel had very stylish and clean decor which was very comfortable to stay in. the location was key, situated in the center of town, which made it perfect for walking and exploring. the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

The hotel's acoustics were terrible, making it difficult to sleep as everything could be heard. the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and there were no breakfast or food options available.

My stay at Casa Cien Hilos was exceptional. The location is superb, just a short walk from the main square. The room I had, Frida room, was enormous with a lovely view of the church. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the daily maid service was top-notch. The aesthetics of the hotel were beautifully done, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water in the showers was always reliable. The staff, although not overly friendly, were attentive and never intrusive. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a wonderful addition to my room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the low battery on the smoke detector and the issues with the WiFi, my overall experience at Casa Cien Hilos was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. I had an excellent stay and would definitely return.
